#tbt used to eat 'leftovers' the same day usually late at nite Now I put them straight in the freezer then take them out the nite b4 I want them :)

I'm up at 5.45 to be on the bus at 6.30 for work usually in bed at 10 but don't sleep til 10.30/11

Just sent myself to bed at 9pm so I don't eat anything else today just under my calories for the day 11left and don't want to mess up on a 9 day streak been under once and spot on once lol

I do give of a 'you have no chance im taken' vibe when I'm out my sisters single tho so I'm the one with 'nothing to lose' so end up starting the convos lol

Haha I used to work at a gym we wrote our own rules similar to this and stuck all around our free weights area, we got fed up and removed all the dumb bells in the end until they got the message, and people would steal 1,like why?
