I tend not to eat mine and I'm losing weight every week. I'm very much like you in that I do all cardio and I'll work on my muscles when they appear! Haha! :)

I use the Weight Watchers points system alongside MFP. I track everything with MFP and take note of my fat, sat fat and carbs etc using MFPs guidelines and then at the end of the day I tally up what I've eaten in the equivalent Weight Watchers points. I don't log anything that I feel is pretty insignificant ie. sometimes I'll go to the fridge and eat a single crab stick but don't log it. Sometimes I'll have a teaspoon of peanut butter straight out of the jar but don't log it. I sometimes won't log things that I know have a Weight Watchers point value of 0 such as most…

I would say that that is absolutely fine to wear. I have a swimsuit very similar and I haven't found any discomfort with different strokes :)

Wow! Lots of mixed opinions! I'd say half of my sugar comes from fruit and the other half comes from whatever sweet thing I choose to eat that day.
