Not a big fan of cottage cheese. I can eat it on a salad with lettuce or with pineapple sometimes. WIsh I liked it more.

I love bananas and I can not just bring myself to eat half of one..but man are they high in calories. I get confused...when i did weight watchers fruit and vegetables were free ...we did not have to count them in our points. I wonder why if the calories are so high.

Love this idea....now I just need to purchase a muffin pan. I had one once but it rusted so bad I did not feel it was safe to use anymore. Thank you so much for this idea

Fruit helps a lot. I notice melons really make me feel full. They are good for you and on the weight watchers diet , fruit was zero points. I would eat a bowl of canteloupe and would feel really full for hours. Lots of water Almonds are good to use as well.
