Regardless of what my meals look like, I always use a dessert plate. If it doesn't fit, it doesn't get eaten. My husband and I rarely go out to eat, so I cook most every meal.

I do really love it. I didn't for a long time, but I love it now. Wow, that was kind of a scathing response to a simple question, uncalled for I would say. I use MFP to keep track of exercise, calories in vs calories out. It's a great tool. I try to keep track of protien and carbs, but I usually just do calories in vs out. Good luck with your journey.
