The changes they've made to the recipe tool are AWFUL. It's almost totally unusable now. I use it daily, really frustrating.

I started off the same way. Back on January 3rd of 2013 I was shocked to learn that I was 390lbs! You can see the progress that I've made. Stick to the plan, measure EVERYTHING and make sure you celebrate your victories. YOU CAN DO IT!

I'm down 90 lbs since January through tracking what I eat and walking 5 km 4-5 times a week. If you find something you enjoy and that works for you, who cares what other people say or think?

I can buy jeans at Walmart! No more Big & Tall store for me!

I've got so much loose skin under my arms that the doctor has trouble taking my BP. Not a bad problem to have I suppose.
