Anything about detoxing or cleansing!!! People I work with all the time rave on and on about doing detoxes and losing weight however they are still the same weight or bigger. Go figure. Another pet peeve is when I eat at work...I get stupid comments from co-workers like "OMG are you eating"?? Of course I'm eating you…

A waste of calories for me is eating a cookie or two when there was cake available :grumble: Anything Cadbury is never a waste..especially Mini Eggs!

Really?? How would I find out about that? I had my son in 2003 and he was an emergency c-section (born at 32weeks) I've lost over 70lbs except my stomach still looks the same :(

I too am a manly work in progress! Lifting for 2 years and I don't think I will ever stop. I love my muscles, I love that I can carry all my grocery bags to the car and I love that I don't have to rely on a man for opening a jar or moving something heavy.

You mentioned Old Navy I'm a size 4/6 in all brands EXCEPT OLD NAVY, I have to bump up to a size 10!! When I was 207lbs I was wearing size 15/16 but again not in Old Navy, that was like a size 20

Feel free to add me. I have 2 kids (10 and 13) and I have been lifting for 2 years now. I'm 11lbs from my goal weight but I'm not so much focused on that as I am losing inches faster than the number on the scale. I'm the exact same weight that I was a year ago but now I'm 2 sizes smaller !

I get comments like this at work all the time. We have fajita day at work on Thursday's and once a month I'll treat myself to one, well that just sets everyone off! People will walk by me and say "OMG YOU'RE EATING!!!" Like of course I'm eating...soooo annoying!

I'm loving Asking Alexandria right now. I like to throw in a little Alter Bridge and some A7X. Volbeat however will always be my fav!

I climbed the CN tower last Oct and it took me 25 minutes I wore my heart rate monitor and it said I only burned 100 cals...

I smoked for 20 years and I knew I wanted to make changes with my life and quitting smoking was the first. I quite cold turkey Aug 2010 and have never looked back. For me I was never ready to quit just like I was never ready to lose weight. Here I am 3.5 years later still smoke free and 70lbs lighter !
