  • I am in the same boat. I have lost 36 pounds since January with MFP, but have stalled at 145 for the last 4 months. Haven't been consistent in logging or with food and exercise. Would love to have some help in motivating and I will return the favor!!
  • Today I am wearing a pair of size 29 Citizens of Humanity "pre- mommy" jeans that I bought 8 years ago. Only kept them this long because they were expensive. Still a tad tight, but they are wearable. This was one of my goals to be able to wear these jeans again. I know for a fact I haven't worn them in 4 and a half years.
  • Hi My name is Melissa. I joined MFP in January and have lost 33 pounds so far. I've hit a bit of a weight loss plateau that definitely coincides with dropping my work outs. I was doing 30DS and then switched to doing a C25K and hurt my ankle. I have a beach vacation planned for the end of May, so it's....Time to get moving…

  • My Non-Scale Victories 1. At Christmas, my dad said to me, "You know, you could resize your ring. That doesn't look good." because my wedding ring was so TIGHT on my finger and it wouldn't even budge to get it off. Now I can take it on and off. 2. Down to pant sizes 3. Driver's License has always lied... but now it…
  • I am 5'2" and I started in January at 180lbs. I am now, just a couple months later at 159lbs. I've got another 35 pounds to go, but I'm gonna get there! You can do it!! Keep track of all your calories. Try to eat mostly fruits and vegetables and whole grains. I know eating healthy while in college is a challenge, but you…
  • I didn't use it everyday like you are supposed to, but I use it about 3 times a week and have lost 20 pounds in two months. I also changed my eating habits. But I have noticed a huge difference in my endurance. I have done level 1 and level 2. I am probably going to give level 3 a chance this month. It is a tough work out…
  • I am 5' 2" with a medium frame. I was "skinny" in H.S. at about 120. After 3 babies, I ended up at my top weight at 184lbs. I am down to 162, and still have a long ways to go. Trying to hit my first goal of 140 lbs. by summer. I'd love to have some more short friends on MFP. Feel free to add me.
  • Great job!! You look awesome!! Prayers for you to be able to get preggers quickly.
  • If you're concerned about going over on the protein, I'd just cut out the second entry of eggs into breakfast. Seems like a LOT of eggs. But that's just me. It seems to be a pretty healthy balanced diet other than that. I'm not sure now, but did the day have any fruit? Maybe toss in an orange or some berries instead of all…
