Ive been stuck for a few weeks also. Break it up, get a massage and relax. Stress is hard on you and can promote fat build up. Try walking and not running, for a week or so. since your body weight is equal to my left leg, I dont know if I'll be much inspiration. However, I recommend taking the 10 off, maintain it and let your body adjust so you dont gain it back. get off the yo-yo diet. Then hit it again to lose the other 5 or 10. Im scared youre going to over do it it right away and burn out.…
