  • 29 Years old 5'6" 1/2 SW 154 CW 151 GW 132 Walk two days a week around 5 miles for work, using a pedometer, which is very surprising how many calories I burn just walking. Gym 3/week with strength training and 30 mins cardio. Tend to eat to match calories burnt, so not sure if that is hindering me. Well done everyone!!!
