I wish I had that problem with under eating:( Definitely fit a few more healthy snacks in to keep the metabolism going.

Great job! I had pizza at lunch but going to recover by going to a 45 minute spin class and eating a nice salad for dinner.

My hubby has excercised his whole life and was buff boy for years until back problems. He isn't over weight and kind of supports me but at the same time luvs to bring home from favorite junk foods. It is very hard to stay in control and resist the junk. I have not been great at that lately. Good luck:):smile:

1st of all contrats on running a half marathon. That is one of my goals that I would luv to reach. You are going through a lot right now and food is easy to turn to. You will feel better about yourself if you just take small steps. That is what I am telling myself too.

117 seems like a low number for being 5"6 right? Do you feel that bad at 121? I"m 5"2 and 144 and never weighed this much. I used to think the 130's were bad but now I would luv to be that again.... Good luck!

Try them both to see which you like better. I luv to dance so really liked my first zumba class two weeks ago. I haven't taken a spin class in 15 years and didn't care for it but I hear every class varies depending on the instuctor.

I'm barely 5"2 so please include me too. We really have to be careful what we weight with not having much height. It's very hard but with people on here that are all trying to do the same I believe it will help. Have a good night! Tonya

I'm new to this site and calorie counting myself. I think I have lost 2. 5 lbs. I need to lose about 12 more. That seems like the hardest thing to do. This site really helps alot.

I took the pills, along with the rasberry Ketone and didn't lose anything. THat's great they worked for you.

I am a huge cereal lover but will stick with cheerios and special K protein as suggested below. I do luv all the special K cereals. My issue is I am limited with the kind of veggies I like and do not eat fish unless breaded so no tuna and healthy stuff like that.
