  • Day 6 done! I finished without taking any 5 second breaks for the first time! I got so overwhelmed I teared up haha. I'm so proud of myself, I really am getting stronger!! :)))
  • Day 4 and 5 done! It definitely is getting easier. :) I'm halfway done!!
  • Day 3 done! I used a sauna suit this time.
  • Day 2 done! Woke up a little sore but I had a lot more energy.
  • Day 1 complete! I was so nervous to do this cuz everyone was saying how difficult it was and unprepared they were. It actually wasn't that bad! I mean, yeah i sweated WAY WAYYYY more this time, but I think it's a psychological thing. I did take a couple 5 second breaks but for the most part I stayed with it. I'm losing…
  • I completed day 10! I've had a couple food slip ups but managed to lose two inches around my waist and one around my thighs so far. :) I also feel like my face has gotten smaller. I always lose weight there first haha.
  • Day 7 - 9 done! Tomorrow is my last day on Level 1!! I feel like a pro by now but I'm so nervous for Level 2...
  • I forgot to post my day 5 completion yesterday and I just finished day 6 today!
  • Just finished day 4! I was able to do some plank push ups this time. ;)
  • Just finished day 3 of level 1! Even with cramps things are starting to get easier. :)
  • I just finished Day 2 of Level 1 this morning! I've been thinking about doing this morning and night since it's only a 20 minute workout and I'm super excited about it. But then again, I do feel a little sore so I don't wanna injure myself. What do you guys usually do?
