I too love the trader joe's! They have some tasty reduced guilt frozen meals. Their multigrain pullman bread is one of my favorites.Love their low sodium tomato soup. I have to drive an hr. and a half to Nashville to stock up. So worth it!

Scrambled eggs for breakfast,salad for lunch,grilled chicken for dinner...ask for what you want. Don't even look at the menus.No more than one drink a night. you can do this just think how great you'll feel when you conquer this challenge.

Yummy Chicken Salad diced boiled chicken breast green onion celery red grapes walnuts I make dressing w/ greek yogurt, season to taste and a little sweetener romaine lettuce for roll-ups.

Have you tried nutritional yeast sprinkle it on lots of things very cheese like.
