Actually Atkins is not low fat. The ratio generally aimed for is 60/30/10 of fat/protein/carbs. I made this a few months ago. As much as I love avocado, it was just....awkward. It was a combination of the taste and texture I suppose, something just seemed off. I ended up throwing it away.
