First of all, you're already making a commitment to change just by making a profile for yourself on here. I just turned 39 in January . . . and 5' 7" . . . single working mom. I just started the C25K last week. I lost 4 lbs in the first week. Heading out in a few mins for the 4th workout. Hang in there!! It's so worth it!! I love the structure of it . . . not having to think about what I'm doing . . . just listen to the app!

That I didn't have enough time or energy. I'm a full-time working, single mom. Now I realize that those two things are more reasons to get healthier instead of excuses not to be able to do it.
