My worst jiggle is in my gut. I use the gold's gym waist trimmer belt ($10 at walmart and probably anywhere else). I have to lay down while putting it on to get it tight enough, and you have to make sure the velcro isn't touching your skin or it will be less than pleasant. It works well for me.

Try using a DTEE calculator other than mfp's and make sure your activity level is correctly listed. Setting your calories to 429 below that number will give you about a pound a week loss and will probably still be over what you're eating now.

That sounds amazing! Did you make it with whole or sliced shrooms?

Love me some green chili!! And it's amazing on everything!! (okay so I grew up in the state that grows the most chili in the world. i learned to like it as a kid as a surival tecnique.) Sadie's hot salsa is great too! The perfect amount of heat and not as much salt and vinegar as most storebought salsas, which gives it an…

Cheerios are my favorite, but I really like Chex too (usu rice or corn) and the bran flakes for breakfast this morning were pretty good too. Honestly, they don't have to be "health foods" to be healthy.

Did the KettleWorx cardio yesterday with the ten pound. I had no idea cardio could leave so many muscles sore. ETA: KettleWorx is an amazing series!! I haven't tried all the videos yet but I'm super partial to the core workout.

That doesn't sound like getting a "love interest" to notice you. It sounds more like getting the girl sitting alone at the bar to notice you, so a lust interest at best.

That's a great idea!! I'll have to keep something around that weighs as much as I've lost.

just saw this. Yay, we have the exact same weight!!

Wow! Great job!! (also, on the comparison pics, i like that you actually wore something similar and posed the same. It drives me crazy when the "before" pic is in ugly sweats and a baggy shirt while the "after" pic is in a super sexy dress that minimizes the waistline)

Be really good for the rest of the week. Hydrate ahead of time. As long as you don't crash your diet regularly, it shouldn't hurt your overall results.

Bad days happen. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and move on. Don't stress about it. Look at your overall results! You're doing great!

Subway. The 12" black forest ham with cheese and Chipotle Southwest or that new bbq sauce is only 442 calories (452 depending on the cheese)! And with the tools on their website, you can figure out ahead of time exactly how you want your sandwich and it will tell you exactly how many calories are on it. Load up on the…

Definately add more fruits. Having a variety of flavors will help balance out the individual flavor (if you can taste a bit of apple, maybe some orange or grapefruit, a hint of pear, kiwi, mango, whatever fruits you love, along with the banana, the spinich will really just accent it, rather than being the main flavor.

mine is between 2-5 pounds. staying hydrated, lowering sodium, and avoiding caffeine help to keep the bloating (and weight) and cramps down. when i manage to stay hydrated enough, i can usually avoid cramps altogether (yay!)

Buy a smaller bag

It really doesn't taste like it though. And if you use a blender to mix it you really can get a good pancakey texture. Also it's great if you throw some blueberries on top just as you put it on the griddle.

The sugar is set really low on this site. You can adjust your sugar setting in your goals. However keep that original number in your head and try that as a *refined* sugar limit.

You can do it! Once you start getting moving again, your energy will build on itself. If you don't get moving, you'll continue to be exhausted. It's great that you've made it back here to look for support! It's a great first step. Step 2: Stick that DVD in and get moving! You'll have fun and you'll wake up tomorrow with…

OMG this sounds amazing!!! I want on team Madison. And I talked my brother into doing it with me.

Don't cut out the foods you love! Just keep an eye on how many calories of them you're taking in. And try to incorporate healthier foods, especially fruits and veggies. They will help you feel full and the sugar in fruit will help to satisfy your sweet tooth so you're less likely to over-endulge on your favorite chocolate.

As a writer I'm considering getting my main characters' names or profiles done on my back when I reach my goal. And I'm totally getting my bellybutton pierced. But that's still like a year or so away.

Manually change the sugar limit in your 'goals' settings. It's set really low. Fruit is great for you! Don't cut back!!!
