  • I'm staying with my folks for a bit so I've been using my mom's treadmill for cardio and a kettlebell dvd (KettleWorx) for core.
  • Give yourself a day off sometimes and eat some protein within 15-30 minutes after your workout. And have a glass of chocolate milk just before bed (seriously).
  • Men should not go below 7-8% body fat. Women should be no lower than 12% (we have extra up top). Otherwise it can actually have a bad effect on your brain and start making you go crazy.
  • So many companies would lose business lol. But it would be great to have it listed on the menus. That way people would at least be more concious of what they're putting into their bodies.

  • I take meds and wait for the cramps to ease if they get bad enough. It'll really help with the general fatigue though.
  • Still working my butt off at work then.
  • I tried it a couple years back. I was way more energized in my kickboxing class than usual and even went hiking. Basically what it does is minimize your digestive system during the cleanse. Also you have to be REALLY CAREFUL TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS EXACTLY. Most people do the cleanse wrong and suffer for it. First, the…

  • Kettle bell core workout! My dad suggested it. He bought the KBs and dvds last year. Lovehandles hurt.
  • The default macros it gives you sets the protein really low. You really shouldn't worry about even doubling it. If you want you can manually adjust your macro settings to set your protein at a higher percent and lower your carb percent to compensate.
  • I've been running before i eat (usually) which helps target fat calories. Try it with and without food a few times and see which you prefer. Also drink 8-16 ounces a few minutes before you start. It will help lessen the parched throat and mouth and replace water loss due to sweat. Most importantly though, put on your shoes…

  • Go ahead and work out if you feel like you want to. Don't push your body quite as hard as usual and quit if your body tells you to. Also high intensity cardio might irritate your throat and cause (or increase) a cough. My best get better advice is to gargle with vinegar (or 1/2 vinegar 1/2 water if you can't do full…
  • I have the exact same thing and it takes like hour to finally go away once I've cooled down. Even after that my cheeks are a little flushed. Even when I used to work out 9 hours a week I would get that way within the first 10-15 minutes.

  • The activity level is your daily activity outside of exercise. My job is lifting and moving so I'm at a higher activity level. This does not take into account my running. Also, you can try eating back only part of your exercise calories and see if that helps.
  • Last I had mine checked I was at 22% (probably 23-24 now cause that was before dropping out of class due to injury). I would be way happier at 15% or so.
  • I love the feeling of "if I can do this, I can do anything!"
  • I've been looking for a good version of this. I'll definately have to give this a try.
  • When you buy them there are usually seperate prices for small and large. I think medium would probably be the largest of the small priced variety. Usually it will say "avocados" for small avocados and "large avocados" for those on the description at the store and in the ads.
  • That looks like it would be perfect with a blush wine viniagrette (Brianna's, to be precise)
