1/4 cup of walnuts (200 calories) is only 4 carbs. Most of it's calories are in fats but they're super good for you fats. Walnuts are supposed to be one of the best for you of the more common nuts.

As you wish.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/820326-baked-potato-soup-crock-pot Tried this one a couple days ago. It's super filling and even my dad (picky eater) loved it. it does say to add bacon at the end but it's good without too.

While that's true, it can help some people stick to their sugar and calorie limits easier. I'm skipping sodas right now but diet sprite and diet a&w rootbeer are pretty good. less of an aftertaste than some others

It probably depends on how many calories you have left in the bank. If you just have a couple hundred, skipping would be great and bump you closer toward your goal. Legumes (beans etc) and rice are excellent sources for the amino acid building blocks of protien. They complement each other to complete the tipes of protiens your body needs. Try to eat about equal portions of each throughout the week (doesn't have to be the same day).

If fruits and veggies are a large part of your daily intake, it's alright that you're getting a lot of your calories from them, even it if sends you a little bit over your target.

Try a couple grams of fiber and protien and one to two of fat per hundred calories. Also try upping your water intake in the morning hours.

I work nights too. My biggest downfall is not packing lunch which usually lands me at mcdonalds cause it's the only thing open. I've found that it's a lot easier to take the time to pack one if you do it before going to bed because it's really hard to get up that much earlier.

24 and 207 pounds. Just joined the site today. It's great to finally find somewhere with a great support group I don't have to pay for. My goal is 140 and I'm planning on being 52 closer by the end of 2013.

Have you looked into the cheese made with 2% instead of whole milk? Also, try moderating your portions instead of cutting it out completely. You do need to be getting your dairy. If you don't go overboard, cheese is great for you! Also, using stronger cheeses, like feta or bleu, can make it easier to keep your portions…

Wow, those look amazing. I need to go buy bananas then it looks like it'll be pancakes for lunch!
