If you simply eat your TDEE and don't exercise, you're going to maintain your weight. The calculators on this site truly need some updating so don't get so hung up on them. If you maintain your TDEE of 2500 and add exercise to your routine, you'll be fine. Don't go adding calories to your routine and try to force yourself…
