Your calorie count is too low most likely your body is in starvation mode increase it to about 1400-1500. Also drink plenty of water. Exercise does you no good if your body believes it is starving.

Well the scale doesn't define you sweetheart. You are a knock out just the way you are I just had a 5 week plateau don't sweat it, it will end. Just remember water is the secret.

I had the same issue, your body is going through a change and its a bit like withdrawal. As if fast food is the drug and we are addicted to it. The only way to break this yucky feeling is to soldier through it. (Although in my opinion your diet all in itself seems yucky to me blegh)

Thank you, I have also lost 2 pants sizes, a shirt size, and 2 bra sizes. which is what makes all this worth it. i started at 300 I am now at 279.1. I was losing my mobility, now I feel 10 years younger. My husband is so supportive. I am so grateful.

Thank you. I do drink my calories. Mostly because I went from drinking tons of soda to almost none. That makes more sense though thank you.

Find a healthy not to large (portion wise snack) and eat it. Ex: home made pizza, spaghetti. They are rich in nutrients, and it leaves the choices as far as what goes in it up to you. Also instead of protein shakes a good lean meat: ex fish or chicken without fat.
