Ok so I know how to use the bmr tool and calculate how many calories to eat per day. Recently I have been able to do more exercises do to my weight loss. My concern however is: I eat my calorie goal, and when I do a lot of exercise, I end up negative in my calorie goal. My question is: what harmful effects will occur as a result of being below 1200 net calories every day?
