  • Just got my charge HR today. I've been using MFP alone all summer and have loved it and it's been helpful and successful. I'm sure I will figure it out as I go, it just seems like the fitbit will account for daily movements and give me too many calories that would hinder further lb loss. Anyone notice this?
  • OMG... I have a very strong addiction to diet "fountain" soda. I drink 2-3 a day. Any tips on how to make it easier?
