  • There's a few differences between this time and my last venture two years ago. Mainly the weight I was back then during my first attempt is my current goal! 1. Same diet, actually. Fewer calories and that's it. 2. My reasons for wanting the loss are different now (I want to have a healthy weight when we begin trying to…
  • Booze makes me need to snack, also! Mine of choice is cider, and grown-up apple juice is NOT low cal. I feel that pain. Now I tend to treat it kind of like a dessert; if I can afford the calories at the end of the day, yeah. My go to if I want more than one has to be opting for harder stuff mixed with no-calorie mixers…
  • I don't track one day a week (though I do try to keep it sane). A celebration day is good for the soul. Enjoy!
  • We're going to start trying to conceive next summer. We should start a group!
  • I give myself a day (once a week to start, less often later) where I don't enter my foods. It's not "cheating" as I still make some effort to choose foods wisely, but I don't restrict myself to just what I enter. I may eat a few things I wouldn't normally, but I get to feel much less restricted. I've found that my appetite…
  • Let's not nitpick the OP; plenty of foods are so low calorie that they're nearly negligible. Mine: Bean Sprouts While I'm not a vegetarian, I could sit and eat bean sprouts by the cup. Each cup has only 8 calories, so that's a ton of munch for your count.
  • What I've tried so far: Cucumber: Good on its own, but surprisingly overpowering in combinations! Tends to make sweet tastes smell sour to me: combining with lime made me gag. :s Kiwi: Very light, needs to soak in. Loose seeds make a nice little crunch. Lime: Like cucumber, nice but overpowering when mixed. Lychee berry:…
  • Even at my heaviest (5'4" and 160 lbs.), I've never seen the full side of an A cup. I seriously hope I *don't* lose what boobs I have! I will take donations though!
  • I have the exact same problem. I've been ignoring that portion and simply did my best making sure that the sugar I am eating is from natural sources. I regularly blow out my sugar goal with only fruit: no candy, no sweet baked goods, no cookies/cakes, no naughty goodies at all. Again, if your doctor doesn't say you should…
  • Our only problem is that since we both started using mfp, we realized that I need to eat only *half* the amount of calories he does. Meal planning gets a bit weird, but we're managing well so far. :)
  • Heyas, Gamers! I'm a 33 year-old of the female type who plays tabletop games (multiple systems), LARPs (OWoD mostly), and MMOs (SWTOR now, but too much WoW in the past). My weight loss goals are to get down to 145, maybe less if I can. I just started a couple weeks ago, but I've lost two pounds already. Here's hoping I get…
