I run on heavily travelled roads...make eye contact with people passing by. If you look down, you seem meek, if you look them in the eye you seem assertive. That's creepy with the guy stopping. I'd take a different route for awhile (another safet tip, don't create predicatible routines).

I feel your pain!!! My ribs/chest bones/collar bones are all very visible right now...but my *kitten* is still there. Frustrating!!! Like others have said, squats and lunges have made a difference. I have lost a couple of inches - but seriously doubt I will ever have the measurements I want. Good luck!

Say a quick silent prayer before you eat. This only needs to take a few seconds but it gives you a chance to pause and think about eating healthy foods, in moderation, that will nourish your body. It also gives you one more moment to consider if the binge is worth it... Good luck!

Salads with a good lean protein for lunch/dinner. Oatmeal or veggie omlets for breakfast. Avoid juice and soda = empty calories! Go to a grocery store to get some healthy snacks (oranges, bananas, nuts).

I believe that fruits are good for you! They have fiber and lots of nutrients! Who cares if you go a little over your sugar intake as long as it is sugar that is benefitting you - which fruit does!
