Hoping it's the sodium!
2 pound weight gain overnight! I stayed within my calorie allotment for the day - but went out for Thai food last night. Guess what?! 2 pounds heavier. Not too down about this (because i am counting on it being the sodium)....hoping the scale will be a better friend tomorrow! Lots of H20 today!

Question Re: Exercise Diary
I don't seem to be understanding how to read the exercise diary. I walked for 30 minutes at a 4 mph pace and it shows that only burned 6 calories. I am confident that I burned more than that! So...any idea on what I can be doing wrong? Thanks!
