Complete Protein

Hi,
I am playing around with vegetarian meals. I am learning about complete proteins and am finding information online a little confusing. Any favorite vegetarian websites I should check out?
From what I am understanding there are only a few complete vegetarian proteins and that I need to mix two incomplete proteins to make a complete one. So, beans with nuts or grains or nuts and grains together. Is that right?
One more question - it appears (with my research) that garbanzo beans are a complete protein. Is that right?
Thanks in advance for your help!
