Eating Out

HELP!!! I am at a conference all week next week which means I will be traveling by air two full days. Airport food and 5 days worth of meals out, 3x a day. Not good for the calories, fat, sodium. I am planning on hitting a grocery store for healthy nutritious snacks and will gladly eat salads (w/no dressing) for lunch. Any advice for healthy eating options while on the road? I am 1.8 pounds away from reaching my goal and I don't want this one week to throw me off! Thanks for your input!

    I always bring things that travel well, like hard boiled eggs, nuts, and Lara bars. Good luck!!
    Also, if I'm eating out, I ask for grilled meat (like chicken) with a side of veggies.
