Loving this site! I've tried WW in the past and one of the frustrating things is you really have no idea of how "good" your diet is. How much fat/cholesterol/fiber/sugar are you getting in a day? I like seeing the full break down - it helps me look for other areas of improvement...other than just sticking with points

Funny! My "new day" is every Monday. Then at around 3 p.m. I quit and grab a Snickers from the vending machine. I know this is a small feat but I have been recording for 5 days (a record for me!). I could use accountability buddies too! I usually stay motivated for a day or two then binge and quit. I really want to succeed this time (as we all do!).
