Did week 1 day 2 yesterday, it was raining outside so I had to run in the gym on the track. I hate the track, but I perservered and it wasn't that bad. Am wondering how it would work on a treadmill?? Would like to try to do that on the yucky weather days instead of the track, just because I really hate running on…

I started on Sunday, doing w1d2 tonight. Loved it, and really liked that fact that I had someone telling me what to do-NOT leaving it up to me. Glad to have found these groups, and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the app! :bigsmile: :love:
