  • So glad I am not the only one who isn't doing this first thing in the morning. As much as I would love to get up and going with a workout, I just can't get myself up an extra 40 minutes early. So far I am just managing to get this in before bed each night.

  • I am so with you on that one. I only do the modified push ups and still have to stop for a few seconds in between each set. All the shoulder work has my arms aching!!
  • Doing day one wasn't so bad, but now I am really sore and I still have to make through day two. And after a long day of work and kids. I sure hope this is worth it.
  • Are we supposed to do a different level each day? Just heard about this program yesterday and decided to go for it, but I'm not clear exactly on how it works aside from following the video on Utube.

  • Made it through day 1. Not too bad but I need to get some light weights. Used soup cans for today.
