  • Kefir water or kefir milk? I use the kefir milk in my smoothies, or mixed with berries for a morning meal. Never tried the water though. I think it's like Kombucha, maybe. That I just drink.

  • I have found that "30 days" is NOT going to be representational for almost everyone who does JM 30 day Shred or Ripped in 30. It's just unrealistic for most people.   • And just so you know, if you don't eat enough, you won't get toned at all, by exercising and not eating enough calories. You will just screw your metabolism and be "skinny fat".
  • Then you probably need to eat more than 1100 calories a day. I'm sure, unless you are in a coma, that you burn more than this just by breathing. So yes, eat that, and more, and eat your exercise calories too. Just eat enough calories so that you are still at a 10-20% deficit of what you would burn in a day.
