I am 5'5 and weight about 140-143 i lost approximately 45 lbs from march 2011-dec 2011 i did weight watchers but i decided to try this site out because weight watchers got expensive i am looking to loose another 10-15 lbs i weighed 186-190 at my heaviest ill post images on my profile of me for before and after :) good luck…
