I am not sure what sort of fat they are indicating. I know what your saying there are good and bad fats. The column just says fat. the other column's say carbs, protein ,etc. I will stick with the good fat.:smile:

funny when I plug in the miles I ran it says I earned more calories. I can't loose weight if I take it off running eating healthier,, but then putting the earned ones backed in after I just ran them off.
