I suffered from it terribly.....both feet......one worse than the other.......I drug my foot behind me.........and watched as my friend got to show my horses for me in the ring.......arghhhhhhhh..........I had several injectioins into my foot........both from the inside outside and thru the heel.........<--> grimace.......…

as a fellow shoveler..............lol..........I can only say........look up calories for shoveling snow........also heavy........but for whatever reason...you cannot find it shoveling apples....which is theraputic........and when I get my best ideas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Years ago I used to carry a shoulder holster...maybe you could look into something like that? I"m sure if you look on line the possibilities are endless.......and alot of new stuff since I carried a shoulder holster. Your taste buds should return in time. Try to not indulge in processed sugars. Are your salivary glands working? Cancer patients should avoid sugars and concentrate on healthy fructrose. You may wish to indulge in some of the sugar free treats, like yogurts (add fruit) or puddings. Good luck........hope this returns soon.…
