  • I am doing Power Strike 6 Kickboxing. According to the database, I am burning 480 calories for the 50 min workout. I got mine at collagevideo.com. They have a lot of videos and previews for each one.

  • Do a Google search on aspertame side effects. Aspertame is also in yogurt and gum. I would drink a fully loaded sugary soda before I would touch a diet one because aspertame is so bad.
  • I have been looking for a new workout and have seen the Zumba commercials. I am not very coordinated or good at dancing/choreography moves. I was wondering if I should try Zumba or if it would just frustrate me. Anyone else who is uncoordinated try it?
  • Level 2 does a lot of moves in push up position. Level 3 does also, and does a lot of jumping. If you are just using it to supplement your other workout, you could just stay at level 1 and build up some arm strength before you move on. Or try level 2 and see how far you can get.
  • 20 grams of carbs? Really? Carbs are your body' main source of fuel. Atkins might help you drop weight initially but isn't a healthy sustainable loss. You need to eat a better ratio of carbs, protein, and fat. Whole grains and veggies will help you start losing again.
  • I started Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred video on Jan 1 and along with MFP I have lost 10 pounds. I like it because its only 20 min a day and I can do it when my kids are napping.
