I have never liked milk but its too hard to get enough calcium eating just cheese and its too high in fat. My solution is Total whole grain cereal. 3/4 cup has 100% dv of calcium. I usually eat 1/2 cup every day then I get the rest of the calcium from cheese or other foods.

Another suggestion that I always do is plan out my days food the night before so I can make sure I'm getting the right amounts of each nutrient. Then if I dont exactly stick to what I had planned I can just edit as necessary.

I guess what im trying to say ,and i dont mean for this to sound negative im trying to help, is that i dont think you are eating as healthy as you think you are. It seems like you are still exercising excessively and not eating enough and not eating enough whole foods.

I dont usually comment on peoples diaries but... i would suggest that you need to eat more vegetables in particular. Try to eat fresh vegetables and fruits, lean meats and nuts, low fat dairy, and whole grains. Last year when I started dieting and working out a lot mine stopped for four months. Once I started upping my net calories it resumed as normal within a month. Perhaps you just need to eat more.

I don't eat mine back. I've been on here for 3 months and have lost 23 lbs. I usually eat 4 meals and a snack and I'm not starving. Yesterday I ate 1500 calories and felt absolutely stuffed.

There is a store in my area that sells just the marshmallows! My bad habits were every week when I went to the grocery store I would get a candy bar or doughnut and dig through the bags until I found it and eat it in the car. My goal weight is also my pre-pregnancy weight from 12 years ago. Prior to having kids I was always thin and I think getting back to that weight is achievable for me. I have lost 23 lbs and have 9 to go. I know my body will never look the same as it did back then but it can be better than where I'm at right now.

I can skip the commercials but not Jillian's babbling. I started hitting stop at the end of each day. Then the next day it would pick up where it left off and I could skip back to the beginning.

I don't have to cheat because my number one rule is I can eat anything I want. If I really want a doughnut, I'll eat one. But I make sure I stay within my calorie allowances. And 95% of the time I'm eating healthy, I just always know I can have a treat if I want to. So its not a temptation.
