Hi Dorothy Gail Look at how many calories you are burning and then see if you can re=duce your intake to 1700. Its important that you balance what you eat as well. Simple changes in food may be the best way to loose.

I'm sure you can come up with a list of why you may have gained. But the main thing is to STOP PANICING, YOUR LEGS WILL NOT FALL OFF YOU WILL NOT DIE. Tomorrow is another day think about why and take a big breath relax and say I will be fine and start again. Its not easy but you will get there :)
