I am at 160 right now and my goal is 135-140. I was 180 January 1st. I lost the first 20 pounds by exercising regularly, and cutting out ALL refined and added sugar. That is fantastic. I am trying to get there as well. I have been a size 12-14 for the past several years. I used to be about an 6-8 and thought I was "FAT". I have been training for a half marathon and run a slow 5k at 37 minutes. Congrats. What an inspiration.
