  • I am 56 and trying to lose weight for last 8 years. Had some success but now stuck 171 range. I want to get to 150. I am doing 8K steps every day and atleast 3 times a week 20 minute strength training. Not getting any success. I am vegetarian. I do intermittent fasting-16/8. Any guidance, support would be appreciated.
  • I would like to join. I am 185.7 and want to lose 30 lbs by summer. Please share some exercise regimes. I cannot do jumping or on floor exercises.
  • Hey, do not feel bad- think about it as yesterday was one day that you could anything. From now onwards, just watch what you consume and how much also. One day a week has to be a fat day.
  • I need to lose 30 lbs and I have been struggling for last 17 years to lose that weight. I get stuck at 175 lbs and cannot go south from there. I do leslie sansone's walking tapes -3-4 times a week and that is the only exercise I do. I love food- when I am happy, sad, nervous, stressed. Especially sweets.

  • I did 350 jump ropes in 15 minutes. Did 3 mile walk of leslie sansone. Not sure how many calories I lost. Ate around 1400 cals.
