  • I like fruit salad on it's own but when I am in the mood to change it up, I add either regular or sugar free vanilla pudding mix. Just add the powder directly to the fruit salad and stir!

  • I go ahead and add my workout, but with the fitbit, you have to also put in what time you started. I just got mine over the weekend and am still figuring it out, but I have noticed that it has changed the calories burned a few times and have adjusted the calories at the end of the day.
