no its usually a lil under 1200

im not sure what netting or grossing is im just putting in what I eat for the day and its telling me im under the 1200 calorie mark.

I put my weight and height on calculator here and it told me 1200 is there another place website? that I should be looking at the calorie intake? Thanks

ive been doing cardio like everyday

for sure haven't been drinking enough water, when I do I drink the fruit 02 cause I cant just drink plain water need some flavoring to it, zero calories tho, so I guess I should really start drinking lots more oh yikes lol
