I'd like to join too, please. I can use the motivation & support towards this goal. :)

Up until a week ago I was doing the same thing. I have to "geek" myself up to exercise or go for a walk. I try to remind myself how great I feel after I've worked out. Without discipline & self-control you're never going to be the person you say you want to be.

Thanks everyone. It's just part of the journey. I just need to find the right road. :)

You're not alone. I'm in a slump too. Lost 78lbs & have gained 8 back. Been eating horrible the last few weeks & just can't seem to find my motivation. Set a small goal. That is what I am going to do. Good luck! :)

Yes, it works. It's not necessarily a diet your follow though. By tracking all the food I've eaten plus adding 30 minutes of exercise a day I have lost over 70lbs since starting in January 2010! Before this I was a yo-yo dieter, and never kept the weight off. But with the help of this site I've managed to keep the weight…

I like to workout alone. It's my "me" time & gives me time to think about things going on.
