Yes to all 3 today. I did a 20 min walk before lunch, then an hour CrossFit class. I logged every bit and was well under my goal for the day. Question to you all: Do you eat back your exercise calories? I usually try to leave them in case I underestimate my food. What do y'all do?

Exercise- Worked my butt off at CrossFit today. One of the most challenging workouts I have done in a while. Sweat pouring out and it felt great. So glad to be back at it. Calories- Well under my goal for the day. Tracked- Every single bite Great job everyone!

I add in "Breastfeeding - Exclusively nursing" in my daily food log. That way I can adjust if I pump extra. That entry isn't correct since it says 1 cup equals 500 cal so I adjust it to what I estimate I have fed/pumped. Just sent you a request! Have you tried any workout apps for support and guidance? I have found SWORKIT to be a really good free app that has gym free workouts you can set for 5-60 minutes. I use it when I am at the gym and dont know what I want to do next.
