1. I teach dance. (Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Ballet, Tap, and also Tumbling) 2. Been teaching for almost 4 years. 3. 7 - only because most of my classes are kids ages 3-10. But my adult classes rank a 10. 4. I do not want children.

I had just bought new clothes and they started to get tight again. =/ Which is not good. So I am just going to go off of the calorie intake that the fitbit website made for me. It seems to work perfectly.

Yeah, someone told me about TDEE so I did it for the month of March and gained 8 pounds... So I'm going back to what I was doing January and February because this is not gonna cut it.

I weigh myself everyday but only log it once a week. It works for me. You just have to figure out whats best for you.

I normally just add lemon juice or mint to mine. It's subtle flavor but better than plain water.

I have a cheat day once every 2 weeks on grocery day. I buy all healthy/good foods to last me 2 weeks and 1 days worth of cheat food for that day. But I still try not to go over by more than 500 calories. (To keep me under 2,000 for the day.)
