There should be some tabs across the top, and the one that says food is where you track what you eat. Hope this helps.

I have just been diagnosed with fatty liver disease, and two of my doctors have told me I must eat a low fat diet and lose weight. I am currently 54 pounds overweight. I am going to need a lot of encouragement to do this, so any tips or advise will be much appreciated.
