  • I can totally relate. I looked at my clothes & I reach for large t-shirts, basketball shorts, big dresses, the works. I went to visit my grandma in Antigua over the summer and took a pic of me on the way out for church. I looked at my belly and was shocked to see how m=far it stuck out & I was sucking it in. From that day,…
  • - cut out sweets completely for the first 5 weeks, and then MODERATION. - Stick to serving sizes. I have been measuring everything out. - Do more rigorous workouts more times a week. Working out(no prob) I been doing that, but I need to burn more. - NO STRESSING! This is my most important. We know we stress over the…
  • Cool. I'm new too. I use to swim all the time, but haven't in about a year. I love water. I can't wait to get my gym membership so I can go again. Unfortunately, I live as far away from the beach as you can get in a state on the coast.

  • Hi, avid anime lover. Bleach use to be my favorite anime up until the fight with the Quincy started & Ichigo found out 1 more thing he is. I'm so done with the manga and show now. Didn't want to put too many spoilers in case someone wanted to read it. It should have ended with Aizen. I read and watch a lot of manga and…
  • I like a lot of these sites, but noticed no one mentions anime44.com. & to read manga, they have a sister sit named goomanga.net
  • This is great. I don't even own a scale, but I love watching my pants get bigger, although that can be annoying. lol
  • Great website!
  • Don't say that. It's totally realistic as long as you put your mind to it.
  • Oh yea. My dress didn't fit when I bought it either. I needed to lose about ten pounds & I did within a couple months. Problem is I gained it back over the holidays, so I'm starting over. At 5'6 I am suppose to weigh 150 & well... I've never been that. I personally use a lot of Blender videos for my workouts. They have…
  • That sounds so cool. (My parents would kill me! lol)
  • You summed it up. My boo loves me regardless of how big or small I am(though he'd rather me not get too small. lol. He like s curves & thickness) But it's me that always feels down about it. Guess we need to work on self esteem as well.
  • I would also like to improve my patience, but also, (anger, annoyance, an speaking without thinking.) These are bad habits I've had a long time & have gotten better in the 3 years I was dating my now husband, but I want them to get even better.
  • Hi, I'm Toshi. I'm 23 & I have actually been married to my awesome husband for just over a month and a half. :) I married my best friend & we STILL have a wedding to attend in June, but we couldn't wait!
  • I'm getting married June 1st as well. Go June 1st brides! (Well, that's not legally true.) I am married. We got married in November, but the wedding is in June. I hope we all reach our goals.
  • I set a goal to finally STOP being overweight and to eternally eat healthier.
  • Born in Long Island! Living in Georgia. Out of country roots.
  • Hey I'm new too & our goals are pretty similar. I want to lose up to 50 pounds by June & get out of the 200s by February 10th. Keep it up & God bless
  • Can't run this year, but can't wait to run next year in ATL!
  • I definitely plan for it to continue. I have actually just fell off about a year ago and picked up some pounds. I am trying to get back to the healthy lifestyle I had in high school. I was on the track team & played volleyball. I want to play sports again & eat healthy so my husband and I can live a long life & be an…
  • Wow. Good luck. I am also getting married. My wedding is in June. I have my dress, but it was too small(only slightly) & it was the last one ever made, so I HAD to get it or I would never be able to. I started my journey before Thanksgiving, and over indulged gaining back the weight I lost. by New Years. I understand what…
  • Kids are great. I worked in a school for 6 years & I still work with the kids at my church. Also, I am trying to start my own program that involves children and theater. Dreams don't die, they only get bigger.
  • Teacher, nurse, writer, mother, actress. As an actress I am all of the above. :)
  • Having a sense of humor is a great thing. You'll actually do better than people who don't. (laughter is the best medicine.) When you're too serious, you stress out to much. Stress=breaking out & weight gain because of what it makes you do.
  • Btw, I'm Toshi & I joined 2 days ago. & to add onto my previous comment. That's how crazy stuff that they taught us about in elementary school comes about. People finding you through online stuff & you know the rest.
  • Just a thought. Maybe you disagree. But adding a friend online without a message(that you don't already know) is like going to the mall and some random person comes up to you and says, "hey, let's be friends." They don't introduce themselves, you don't know their name, etc. That is how so many people get in issues on other…
