I usually cook things my husband likes and only eat a little along with a BIG salad or smoothie. Sometimes, I will cook only things that I like and freeze into portions to have when my husband has something I'm not that fond of.

Try nuts , walnuts, peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans. All high in calories and good for you.

Try frozen grapes. They are a great summer treat and help the ole sweet tooth. Plus with them being frozen they take longer to eat.

Me, I have a sweet mouth. I don't eat cakes, pies, cookies or ice cream anymore and still eat double my sugar allowance almost daily. I am a fruit addict. I've replaced ice cream with fruit smoothies and must have at least a bit of chocolate and a caramel nip daily. Add me if you like.

Colby jack cheese, fresh fruit salad (cantaloupe, cherries, orange, grapes) , old fashioned oatmeal with cinnamon and blueberries, green tea and a banana. Actually pre breakfast and breakfast.

Guilty, but I did buy them at a thrift shop so it wasn't a big expenditure, but I just love them. They will fit comfortably before the end of summer, just in time for fall.

Dove dark chocolate and dark chocolate mints, also hot chocolate (cuts the cravings fast), chocolate fudge bars (to cool down) and dark chocolate peanut m&m's (dangerous).
