Today is the first day since Easter I'm getting my mojo back. Went overboard on Easter and wasn't able to hit the brakes. Too much chocolate. Hope I can get back into a routine, weather was nice today so I got out for 4 miles this morning and did some strength training this evening.

Get out of the house, take another walk anywhere, that is what I just did. I am still trying not to eat a bunch, but if I do eat something, at least I just walked 3 miles.

nice video, I'm going to show it at home. I do weigh and measure, and sometimes it gets a bit annoying, but it is important if I want to be healthy. Moderation in all things.

I had a bit of a problem as well. You can't just look at fiber grams in your food, as insoluble and soluble fiber do different things, I looked closely at the insoluble fiber and found raspberries a good source, but also Kashi Go Lean has 10 grams of insoluble fiber which is a good healthy way to keep the pipes clean. I got a polar loop with a HRM for Christmas . I had looked at the polar loop vs garmin vivosmart . I like what I got, I don't think anything is perfect. Fitbit charge is nice, but their HRM model isn't out yet. Just other ones to consider

I got one at kohls this year, it was an eye opener but I think it has really helped me balance out the portion control thing,,,wasn't too expensive, it is a OXO brand

Over did it here and there during the holidays, and still have tomorrow to get through, but no detox, just getting back to normal good eating habits and exercise will be the cure,,, got out and walked today, 3 miles in 45 minutes, in chilly 3 degree windchill weather,,,
