i use greek plain yogurt in my a.m. smooth,,,that helps,,,i just have a hard time removing whole group from my diet because of the sugar,,,i am really trying to watch the sugar,,,but struggle with eliminating an apple because of the sugar

i started a week early,,,on spring break this week and although the weather is much colder than i would like my goal is to walk everyday,,,so far so good,,,getting ready to go out and do it again,,,,then, when school starts again figure a way to keep up with walking 5 days a week
