Yeah - fast food in general is no good. I do have a few things that I consider "stand-by's" when in a pinch. We have a sub chain up here called Jimmy Johns...I get their #4 (Turkey) with no mayo or cheese and then add mustard and hot peppers and the whole sub is only 335 calories. I successfully didn't track a thing over the DDCC weekend and pretty much ate what I wanted. And, with all the walking we did, I didn't gain a single pound!
