I tried it for the first time this morning. Mixed it with Silk Almond Milk Vanilla Cream..It was the Bomb.Com, tasted like melted ice cream..mmmm! Plus together they were only 180 Cals per serving.

This happens to me alot. It seems like when I decide to cut foods for a certian time period or even limi my portions, thats when people start trying to shove it down my throat, even if I say no. I'll do this. Both will be tough though because I'm really not a water drinker and I'm pretty much making myself drink more daily. I also have trouble with the exercise but I'm gonna beat this challenge!

I'm tired of not being able to fit ANY of the clothes in regular stores. I'm tired of being so out of shape and unhealthy. Mot being able to exercise long or even do activities smaller people can do.

I'm tring to take it slow as well, ut I'll admit that it's really hard for me. when I lost weight before it was extremely quick 100 lbs in eight months. My body refuses to lose like that anymore. How do you all keep from getting impatient with the slow weight loss?
